    Mark Livings

    Chief Executive Officer

    Mark is a strategy executive who is not a pure strategist, which conducts long-range planning in relative isolation. Mark considers himself a doers first, with the mandate, credentials, and desire to act as well as advise.  He is seasoned executive with a strong strategy orientation who has worn many operations hats before taking on this role. Mark is charged with three critical jobs that together form the very definition of strategy execution.

    • First, he clarifies the company's strategy for every business unit and function, ensuring that all employees understand the details of the strategic plan and how their work connects to corporate goals.
    • Second, Mark drives immediate change. The focus of the job almost always quickly evolves from creating shared alignment around a vision to riding herd on the ensuing change effort.
    • Finally, Mark must drive decision making that sustains organizational change. He is the person who, can walk into any office and test whether the decisions being made are aligned with the strategy and are creating the desired results. When decisions below the executive suite aren't being made in accordance with strategy, much of Mark’s job involves learning why and quickly determining whether to stay the course or change tack.

    Mark's prior experience includes serving as CIO/CTO for PMSI responsible for PMSI's Worker Comp systems; Vice President, E-Business for Tech Data, responsible for executing Tech Data's e-business strategy; Vice President of Cash Access at Fidelity National Information Services; Vice President of Global Information Systems at ASAP Software/License Technologies Group; and Chief Information and Technology Officer for Kanbay, a global IT services firm. Mark has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ball State University.



    Bidisha Ghosh

    Chief Operating Officer

    As Chief Operating Officer Bidisha overseas the day-to-day operations for implementing each of the CAIRS Solutions products within our client base, including overall project management, software configuration, training, data conversion services, and determining industry best practices. Prior to joining CAIRS Solutions, Bidisha amassed over 17 years of experience in operations and management in both commercial and IT consulting industry. Most recently she served as the Executive Director at PMSI, Inc. the nation’s a leading provider of cost containment solutions for the workers’ compensation industry. PMSI operates as one of the largest specialty services providers for Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM), Durable Medical Equipment, Home Health Care and Case Settlement Services. Bidisha’s clients included Insurance industry giants such as Chartis (formerly AIG), the Hartford, Gallagher Bassett, Liberty Mutual, Ohio Casualty, and Broadspire. Bidisha’s professional credentials include various levels of executive management in IT consulting firms providing services to the Fortune 1000 organizations (Aviva, ATG Worldwide), BPM (business process mapping), requirements development and management. Bidisha earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing Management and a Masters in Econometrics & Statistics during her time in University.

    Pat Feldner

    Chief Information Officer

    As Chief Information Officer, Patrick Feldner is responsible for CAIR’s information technology. In his role, Patrick is focused on CAIRS delivery of the state-of-the-art technology as well as the industry-leading technology solutions provided to our clients. Patrick is a business executive and information technology expert with 24 years of experience. He has worked as an integral part with senior management teams of such noted organizations as Tech Data, Chicago Title, ACNielsen, Cintas, PMSI, and ASAP Software (DELL). Career highlights include: • CIO for a mutual fund consistently ranked in the top 5 and was the Forbes 2008 number one rated mutual fund • Led and accountable for delivery of SOX and PCI compliance for multiple S&P 500 companies • Responsible for architecting, managing and delivering commercial software packages used by numerous S&P 500 corporations • Vice President of Enterprise Architecture for the Consumer Product Goods (CPG) leader in business intelligence • Managed over 600 locations, networks, and 150 data centers for the leading title insurance company Patrick has a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science degrees in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology

    Greg Phelps

    Director of Sales & Marketing

    As Director of Sales and Marketing Greg sees his position with CAIRS Solutions as an opportunity to make a difference. “Our software makes it easier for our clients to positively impact the lives of families. That’s powerful!” Greg has spent the last 25 years harnessing the power of creativity. For thirteen years he wrote, produced, and performed stand-up comedy on radio, TV, and in comedy clubs around the country. He retired from a successful comedy career to devote more time to his family. The observational style he honed as a writer became a valuable tool as he transitioned into sales and marketing for CD & DVD manufacturers World Media Group, North Street Media, and later his own company TriDigital Solutions. Listening to his clients discuss their projects, goals and objectives he was able to better understand their needs. This allowed him to guide them to solutions that added efficiency, reduced cost, and enhanced branding. That level of service and knowledge allowed him to land and grow accounts with clients like Cummins, Eli Lilly, United Heath, and Thomson Reuters to name a few. Greg brings that same mindset to his position with CAIRS.

    For nearly a decade Greg has also performed Pro-bono marketing/PR work for youth centered arts organizations in Indianapolis like The Jordan Academy of Dance at Butler University, and Indianapolis School of Ballet. His favorite childhood memory is making jam with his grandmother. His favorite New Year’s Eve was spent skating on a neighborhood pond with his wife and girls.
