ChildConnect Success

Adoptions Together is using all the CAIRS products, but here is what they have to say about ChildConnect in specific:

We have only been using Child Connect for a short time and have just had a great experience!  One of our newly placed adoptive families uploaded a Lifebook with a lovely letter and photos of their child. Then the birthmom, who initially said that she wanted no contact, photos, etc., viewed the lifebook and wrote a touching “thank you” message to the adoptive family.  What a victory!

Custom Training Seminar

In a better effort to serve their clients Lutheran Social Services of Montana contracted CAIRS Solutions to come on site to provide custom training of MyAdoptionPortal. The training was conducted over multiple days and consisted of about 15 caseworkers. Post training the executive director was VERY pleased with the results and frankly was impressed by the entirety of the MyAdoptionPortal features and ease of use.

The FAC Conference is going GREEN and saving trees!!! CAIRS Solutions was asked by the Florida Adoption Council to be the technology provider for their 2011 conference in Orlando. The Florida Adoption Council Annual Conference provides ongoing and high level training in the area of Florida’s adoption laws and practice. CAIRS developed the e-commerce site which provided all the registration, payment, and communications for the 2011 conference. Some of the features provided are as follows:

TDH Goes Live on MAP for All Adoptions

In October of 2011, TDH of Ontario went live with their implementation of MyAdoptionPortal (MAP). MAP is now being used as their only case management application. The following is a quote from their executive director in the TDH newsletter to all their adoptive families: “This new web-based system enables our clients to fill in forms online, saving time and delays in providing paper copies through the mail. My Adoption Portal (MAP) also enables TDH to capture data more readily, post information about the status of your application and enable us to serve you more effectively.”
